The dog was the first known and called the Arizona Dog before it was renamed to Chihuahua.

The largest Chihuahua litter ever recorded was ten puppies.

In September 2011, Coco the Chihuahua delivered a record-keeping number of 10 puppies at one time.

The smallest of the Coco’s puppies weighed 70 gram. No other female dog has given birth to such a huge number of puppies.
